Weekend over, yet another week of school, homework being bombarded on you, need to complete the Math assignment, research work for History, pages and pages of essays to be written, evening are packed with tuitions, and exams coming up next month! All of this plus no play at all is certainly going to make Jack crazy! So, what's the solution? The solution is simple: Power Yoga!

True as it said that 'yoga' is all about you, your body, your mind and none of the rest. It's all about calling out to your inner self and gaining control over it. It not only benefits your mind, but simultaneously also calms your physical self.

Yoga, once learnt, can be practiced daily or during times when either the mind or the body seems troubled. You can start with learning to meditate by reciting a single word over and over again, or simply stretching ones body in order to warm up and then go ahead to learn several 'ahsanas'. All of this is a rather mild way of keeping ones body fit, improving physical flexibility, managing stress, improving concentration, connecting with your inner self, being able to think more clearly and making perfect sense of the chaotic world outside! It is recommended for children of all age groups, including those with a week body or heart. With their sense of wonder, desire for knowledge and great physical flexibility, children are natural yogis.

During a period when adolescents find it most difficult to understand their self and the world outside, Yoga is the superhero who will rescue you from distress! All you need to do is get yourself a colourful yoga mat and attend our workshop!
