When not working he loves to walk the streets of a city, chatting with interesting strangers, discovering old architecture, and places of historical significance. He offers free counseling to people struggling with addictions- e.g work, internet, food, toxic relationships etc. It is his way of passing forward what was generously given to him.

Advait's ability and effectiveness as a change agent is rooted in two important experiences:

• 3 years of door-to-door sales:  It makes the design and delivery of his workshops grounded in practical work- issues, and geared towards producing business results.

• Breaking addiction to drugs:  Overcoming this challenge is what gives his conversations on 'transformation' its authenticity, its power; and its inspirational quality. As a result the participants begin to view 'change' as an adventure to indulge in.

We have sessions on :

1. Unleashing Kid's Creativity:

Like there is a seed within every fruit, similarly, every child has a hidden artist in him. And art ranges from a variety of areas and needs to be recognized, encouraged and appreciated. A workshop on similar lines helps unleash the creative self in the kid. Be it breaking into a dance at any tune or playing with instruments or splashing colors only to come up with artistic paintings, all comes under the umbrella of being creative! Some extra time spent on such activities as a way of relaxing oneself, is time well spent. These workshops are a fun way of unleashing unknown arts within you.

    

2. Trust Building:

'Trust' is something you always heard from your mom or your Value Education teacher, but we too want to talk to you about it, in a way that is fun and informative at the same time, a combination hard to find! This can be done through several workshops which we arrange for, workshops through which you learn to place your trust in people around you and live a more confident and fulfilling life. We have kind, understanding and caring people to talk to you and clear your doubts and confusions. This is not done through monotonous lectures, but through several activities, role plays and exciting games! All of this ultimately adds a sparkle to your personality and a colorful streak of self confidence to it!
